已经申请refund，老外回复邮件说之前的“ PayPal Billing Agreement” 被取消，要我“You will need to create a new billing profile with your PayPal account for us to be able to proceed with the refund”。 8 t6 R. |0 g# Z( _7 w) L: g* x# h8 h j1 p. _, E
